Delivery time is 2-5 working days for lingerie and other products in stock - else approx 2 weeks
Freight is on buyer’s expense for all shipments, including possible shipping of backorders. Freight cost is less than the current: "Post Danmark" prices for class A parcel post. Please request information about shipping to your country.
We have no minimum purchase.
Returns: defect items will be credited in full, or replaced on customer’s request, up til 1 year after purchase. Discontinued lingerie styles, and goods purchased at reduced price will not be credited.
Payment: Prepayment (proforma invoice) in EURO or DKK, or COD. Customers must provide a valid VAT number
Proforma invoices must be paid no later than 20 days after issued. In case a shipment is restocked because of missing payment a 20% restocking fee will be issued.
All customers etc must fill a registration form before we can handle any requests.
