These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: the “Terms and Conditions”) are, with the exclusion of possible other terms and conditions, applicable to all orders with and all offers and agreements of SweetDreams.
All orders must be submitted through sweetdreams.dk. We do not accept orders over the phone, email or fax. Back orders will be cancelled.
All changes to open orders must be submitted in writing.
All dropshipping orders has to be made through sweetdreams.dk. Fill out a custom Delivery address, and make sure to check “This is a dropshipping order” during check out, a fee of 3,5 Euros, will be applied.
All prices are listed in Euros excluding VAT, shipping cost and possible import duties. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Customers may not use the SweetDreams brand name, logos, and promotional material in any way, product images, and product brand logos, and other product related material can be found on our media site.
Product bought via SweetDreams cannot be sold on Ebay, or any other site in this genre.
We urge you to follow products MSRP price, and try to avoid going lower then manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) – 15% when doing promotional sales.
If a customer operates outside this e-commerce policy, SweetDreams will request that the customer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, SweetDreams will cease to accept and/or ship orders from said customer. This article is not applicable with products marked with the status “Discontinued”, as noted in the price list.
All SweetDreams images including images of third party brands that SweetDreams is selling, logos and photography are the exclusive property or set in license to SweetDreams and can only be used in connection with the advertisement or sale of authentic products, obtained from authorized distributors in Europe.
We request that customers only feature products on their websites that they have in stock, or that is stocked by SweetDreams. Once the product is out of stock with the customer and SweetDreams it should be marked as sold out and/or removed from the site.
All shipments shall be delivered by SweetDreams ex works or carriage paid, depending on the order value and the country of destination. Customer can find this information on www.sweetdreams.dk/info/delivery. From the moment of shipment the goods shall be at risk of the customer. SweetDreams shall never be liable for an attributable shortcoming on the part of the carrier, we offer delivery via UPS, DHL, and GLS.
Shipping prices are based on weight and location, spreadsheats can be delivered on request.
SweetDreams is offering dropship.
While we are happy to work with you to get your shipment out by a certain date, our lead times are not guaranteed. Once an order is confirmed, in-stock items usually ship within 48 hours. If timing is critical, please submit your order as early as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with SweetDreams brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact customer, and/or proximity to another wholesale account.
All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment unless SweetDreams. Payments can be made by wire, or credit card with 3D Secure enabled, credit/debit card payments will be captured when the order is shipped, we use Pensopay and Clearhaus to handle all credit/debit card payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
SweetDreams stands behind the quality of every item it sells. It will accept returns for items that were delivered damaged or that were not included in a customer’s order at no charge, subject to the following conditions. Unless otherwise specified, all claims for discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be made within fourteen (14) days after the item shipped.
Closeout and discontinued items are not subject to return because they are purchased “as is” at a significant discount. SweetDreams does not guarantee sales and will not accept returns that are not a result of either discrepancies or damage incurred during manufacturing or shipping. No claims will be accepted on used goods or on goods damaged after their receipt by the customer.
All returns must be authorized in advance. To obtain authorization, use the RMA section locatet on www.sweetdreams.dk. Goods returned without authorization will be shipped back at the customer’s expense and will not be credited.
If the product is damaged from misusage, or normal wear and tear, SweetDreams products will be shipped back on customer’s expense, and not credited/refunded.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, SweetDreams will credit/refund the value of the return towards future orders.
Merchandise approved for returns must be delivered to SweetDreams within 30 days of approval or the return authorization will be voided.
SweetDreams accepts statutory obligations concerning compensation to the extent that customer demonstrates and evidences through legally available means that the damages are the result of gross negligence or carelessness on the part of SweetDreams.
The liability for damages is expressly limited to an amount equal to the invoiced amount in the principal sum, related to the delivered products and/or the supplied services. Any further liability of SweetDreams for damages, including but not limited to liability for employees and auxiliary persons, on account of any reason whatsoever, is excluded, including all direct and indirect damages like consequential damages or trading losses.
Moreover, customer indemnifies SweetDreams against any and all claims of third parties in connection with incurred or yet to be incurred damages, such in consideration of the provisions set forth in this article.
These Terms and Conditions can be changed by SweetDreams however these changes do not take effect vis-à-vis customer other than after customer has been informed of these changes.
These Terms and Conditions are divisible. Should a part of these Terms and Conditions appear to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to Danish law then only the relevant article (or part thereof) expires without affecting the other articles laid down in the Terms and Conditions.
Danish law is exclusively applicable to the agreements between SweetDreams and the customer. All disputes between SweetDreams and its customer are brought to the cognizance of the competent court in the district where SweetDreams holds its place of business.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

Some products are delivered by third-party, and they will be informed about delivery address.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. By our payment gateway provider Pensopay and Clearhause.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
